Who we are
This website is operated by David Keblaitis (NMLS #167980), a loan originator with Cornerstone First Mortgage, LLC (NMLS #173855). This policy covers information collected through https://www.bridgeloanmichigan.com. When you apply for a loan, Cornerstone First Mortgage, LLC's privacy notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act also applies.
Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Name, email address and phone number
- Your quiz answers about your home, equity, timing and location
- Anything you send us by phone, text or email
Information collected automatically when you visit:
- IP address, browser and device type
- Pages visited, time on site and the page that referred you
- Ad-click and campaign identifiers in the page address (for example gclid, fbclid and UTM tags)
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and talk with you about loan options
- To contact you by call, text or email as you agreed on the form
- To measure which pages and ads bring visitors, and to improve the site
- To keep records required by law, including a record of your contact consent
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Cornerstone First Mortgage, LLC, the licensed mortgage company David works through
- Service providers that run the site and our follow-up for us, such as our website host, our lead storage and customer-relationship (CRM) system, and our email delivery service
- Analytics and advertising providers, as described under “Cookies and tracking”
- Anyone we are required to share with by law or to protect our legal rights
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand site use, and we may use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) tags to measure ad results and show ads to people who have visited. These services use cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ad Settings and in your Facebook ad preferences.
